Meet the Founder
Welcome to Omnipresence Care Management. My name is Karlishia Morris, Founder and CEO. I established Omnipresence Care Management with a clear purpose — to provide compassionate, reliable, and client-centered care coordination that empowers individuals and families during some of life’s most critical moments.
My journey into care management began at a very young age, watching my mother, grandmother, and aunt dedicate their lives to serving others in the healthcare industry. Their commitment to care planted the first seeds of purpose in me. Years later, as I helped my own family navigate the challenges of caring for ailing, disabled, and critically ill loved ones, that purpose became personal.
I witnessed firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to navigate complex healthcare systems, coordinate services, and advocate effectively for their loved ones. The confusion, the gaps in communication, and the emotional weight families carry revealed to me that there had to be a better way. A way that prioritizes dignity, clarity, advocacy, and unwavering support.
With an educational background in management and leadership, along with extensive experience in healthcare coordination, compliance, and individualized care planning, I bring both structure and heart to the work we do. By partnering with professionals in the workers’ compensation industry and other healthcare sectors, I have developed the expertise to advocate effectively and coordinate services with precision and compassion.
